I know it's not really about GTA, but it's stopping me from enjoying the game in HD and perhaps someone can help me.

I've searched online and couldn't find any solution that works. This is what happened: Yesterday - Played the game fine on HD. Today - I heard that PS3 disk defragmentation should be done semi-regularly apparently it helps reduce loading times, freezes, etc , and as i had never done it, i decided to do it. When it finished, i turned the PS3 on and the HD was turned off and it know displays in p. Since then, i've tried every solution i've found online.

I don't know if the problem is from the cable, the TV, the console Anyway, if anyone had any suggestions, i would really appreciate it.
