If so do you mean by this to operate the loop as a series loop? Is this latency evident in switching patches or elsewhere? Just remember that if you want to use more than one effect, eg delay and reverb, you will need to choose a patch that mixes them in parallel within the SE, otherwise you will only get reverb on the delay repeats, not on the dry signal.

These are the patches right at the end, Just the straightforward latency of the processing - this will cause the dry signal through the SE to be slightly out of sync with the dry signal in the amp, and when you mix the two they will cause a nasty comb-filter effect. Some of the effects are much worse than others BTW - the compressor in the guitar patches is particularly bad if I remember.
